Sensi approaches residential design through the idea of living with greater awareness of space, light and surroundings. Located on Saadiyat Island, the development takes inspiration from the island’s cultural setting while creating a quieter residential environment away from the scale of larger communities.

The development contains 89 homes, with configurations ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms. Contemporary interiors emphasize natural light, clean finishes and a visual relationship between indoor and outdoor areas.

Landscaped gardens form an important part of the community, complemented by spaces for fitness, relaxation and family life. Retail and cafés are also integrated into the development, bringing everyday conveniences closer to residents.

Sensi is designed as a relatively intimate community with only 89 residences, giving it a different character from larger high-density developments. The smaller scale supports a greater sense of privacy while maintaining access to shared amenities and landscaped outdoor spaces.

Natural light is a central part of the project’s architectural approach. Interior spaces are designed to feel open and contemporary, with connections between indoor and outdoor areas helping create a more relaxed residential atmosphere.

The amenity programme focuses on balance and everyday wellbeing, with a fully equipped gym, swimming pool, landscaped gardens and children’s play areas available within the community.

Its Saadiyat Island setting also gives residents access to Abu Dhabi’s established cultural, educational, hospitality and leisure destinations, while retail spaces and cafés within Sensi add convenience closer to home.
