The Arthouse brings together residential living, art and social spaces within the cultural heart of Saadiyat Island. Inspired by private members’ clubs, the project has been shaped as a place where residents can live, work, create and connect within a more intimate community environment.

The collection includes 1 to 3-bedroom apartments and two 5-bedroom sky villas, with residences positioned to take advantage of views toward Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and the surrounding Cultural District. Interiors are complemented by branded Italian kitchens and carefully designed communal spaces.

Creative expression is central to the concept. An art studio, gallery and creative majlis provide dedicated settings for residents to explore ideas, meet others and engage with the artistic character of the neighbourhood.

The rooftop forms another important part of the experience, combining pools, landscaped gardens and elevated views across the Cultural District and Arabian Gulf.
